• Same-Day Shipping:
  Orders placed and verified before 4:00 PM EST are shipped the same business day. Orders confirmed after 4:00 PM will ship the next business day.

• Shipping Method:
  All orders are shipped via UPS Ground with a signature required upon delivery, unless the customer requests no signature.

• Tracking Information:
  Once an order is fulfilled, the customer will receive an email notification with tracking details.

• Loss or Damage Responsibility:
  vlxbuilds.com is responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit. We will provide a replacement or refund for affected orders.

  ⚠️ If the customer waives the signature requirement, they assume responsibility once the package is marked delivered by the shipping carrier.
