Return Policy

At VLXBuilds, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date.

You may choose to exchange the item or request a refund.
Please note that all returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee is deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. If your payment was made by credit card or PayPal, your account will be credited once we receive and inspect the returned product. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

 

Warranty Information

To ensure complete peace of mind, all PCs purchased from VLXBuilds come with a 1-year warranty, free of charge.
If your PC experiences a hardware malfunction within the first year under normal use, we will repair it at no cost to you. This includes diagnostics, labor, and replacement of faulty components covered under the warranty.
